Relationship Enrichment: A Community Class at The Well

Join us for a Relationship Enrichment: A Community Class at The Well taught by our therapy director, Dr. Elizabeth Watters. Throughout the 5 sessions of this course, you and your partner will be guided through the Gottman Method for Couples, a proven approach for strengthening and deepening relationships. You’ll be equipped with practices and strategies for healthy engagement.
The course will be hosted on Thursday evenings from 6:30-8:00 PM on February 1st, February 8th, February 15th, February 22nd, and February 29th, 2024 at The Well (228 W Edenton St., Raleigh, NC 27603).
The cost of the class is $200 per person and covers all materials - including Gottman’s book and corresponding workbook called The Seven Principles for Making Marriage Work.
